1) Do I have to pay any service fee? +

Our services are free for the clients. Our agent fee is paid by the tutor. After completing the first two weeks cycle of the tuition, our client support will get in touch with you to collect the tuition fee for the first two weeks. From the third week onwards, you can pay to the tutor directly, either weekly or monthly, depending on the agreement between you and the tutor.

2) What are the tuition rates? +

Before we start finding a tutor for you, we will first discuss with you the tuition rate. We will find a suitable tutor based on the agreed rate. Please visit www.tuitionhero.sg/tuition-rate/ to check out the market tuition rates.

3) Who is the tutor? +

We have a growing network of tutors available, part-time/undergraduate, full-time/graduate or current/ex MOE teacher. We will get your requirements before we start finding a tutor for you. You can view all the profiles of tutors who have applied and select the ones you find the most suitable.

4) What is the tuition Time? +

The tuition time depends on the available day and time of the students. You can let us know this information and we will find a tutor who can match the student’s schedule.

5) Do you provide trial lesson? +

Yes, we do provide paid trial lessons. In case you decide not to continue with the class, you only have to pay for the fees for the lessons taught.

6) How can I request for a tutor? +

You can request a tutor online by calling, whatsapp or filling out a form. We will get in touch with you to understand your requirements. To request for a tutor, please visit www.tuitionhero.sg/request-tutor/.

7) What is the process of getting a tutor? +

We will contact you to understand your requirements and after which, we will start looking for suitable tutors. You can select the most suitable tutor for you, then you can contact the tutor to start the class.

8) How do I verify the qualifications of the tutor? +

You can request the tutor to bring hardcopies or softcopies of tutor's qualifications on the first day of tuition.

9) What if I am dissatisfied with the tutor? +

You may inform our coordinator should you wish to change your tutor. However, you have the obligation to complete at least one lesson after you have confirmed the tutor. If the first lesson is not completed, you will have to pay the first lesson fee as an administration fee.

10) What happens after the class has started? +

We will collect the tuition fee for the first two-week cycle. You can always contact us if you need any support; we will try our best to assist you.

11) How do i provide feedbacks? +
